1. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products and instant access provided upon purchase, refunds are NOT available once you have completed the payment and gained access to the course content.

2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of purchased courses is not allowed. Once payment is processed and you receive access to the course, the transaction is complete and cannot be reversed or cancelled.

3. Exception: Double/Mistaken Payments
We understand that technical issues or mistakes can happen. Refunds will ONLY be processed in the following exceptional circumstances:
Refund Eligible Cases:
- Double Payment: If you were charged twice for the same course due to a technical error
- Mistaken Payment: If you were incorrectly charged for a course you already own
- Technical Failure: If payment was deducted but course access was never granted (after verification)
4. Refund Process for Eligible Cases
If you believe you are eligible for a refund under the exceptions mentioned above:
- Contact us within 48 hours of the transaction
- Provide your transaction ID, payment screenshot, and email address
- Our team will verify the issue within 2-3 business days
- If approved, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method
5. Why No Refunds?
As a digital education platform:
- Course content is delivered instantly upon purchase
- Digital products cannot be "returned" once accessed
- This policy helps us maintain affordable pricing for all students
