1. Pricing Structure
One-Time Payment
Most of our systems (like the 30-Day Builder System) are one-time purchases. You pay once, you keep it forever. No hidden monthly subscriptions.
All-Inclusive Pricing
The price displayed on the checkout page is the final price. There are no surprise fees added at the last step.
2. Payment Failures & Troubleshooting
"Money was deducted, but I didn't get the course?"
Don't panic. This happens sometimes when the banking network is slow.
Wait for 15-30 minutes. Our system often auto-reconciles pending transactions.
Check your email. You might have received a confirmation invoice.
If nothing happens after 1 hour, email us at Support@skillya.in with your transaction screenshot.
3. Refunds & Cancellations
Since we provide digital access to premium content, our refund policy is strict to prevent abuse. However, we are fair.
